Letter from Santa
Drop letters off at Santa’s mailbox at the Joplin Athletic Complex and the Parks & Rec staff will get letters to Santa so he can respond to children. Be sure to include child’s full name, address, city, state, zip code and of course, the wish list!

Lights and Window Displays in Joplin
Come out to Downtown Joplin and watch the unveiling of the Joplin City Hall Windows. Your children will shout with excitement as they see the displays. Once you have enjoyed all to be seen, take a stroll to Spiva Park, for the Spiva Tree Lighting at 6:30pm

Way of Salvation Lights Tour in Carthage
The Way of Salvation Lights Tour is a family tradition for many in the 4-State area. Come out and drive through the amazing story of Jesus, and tune your radio to go along with it. Your family will fall in love with this light display, year after year.
Location: This is located at Congregation of The Mother, 1900 Grand Ave, Carthage, MO

Way of Salvation Driving lights Tour

Mt Moriah Lights in Carthage
It may not compare to Silver Dollar City’s holiday-light extravaganza, but the musical Christmas light display at a small country church between Carthage and Jasper is pretty impressive. You will enjoy music like Carol of the Bells, Winter Wonderland, and Wizards in Winter.

Holiday Express Train
Come out to the Holiday Express Train! With hot cocoa, a decked out train to tour, and get your picture taken with Santa!
No tickets needed. You walk through the train, no rides.

Big Spring Park will light into a magical wonder land and will include the reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” and carols sang by students from Neosho Christian School.
